I have excellent customer service skills on the phone as well as in person. I have experience in Compounding. Including the knowledge of making capsules, ointments, creams, nasal sprays, topical solutions, troches, titrates, suckers, suppositories, oral suspensions, and gummies.   At IDS Pharmacy I work with various Drug Sponsors with Investigational Products. I have various duties which include receiving and dispensing IP, cycle count of IP and inventory management. I also help with communications with pharmacy staff, study staff and study sponsors. Experience also includes Sponsor Site Visits, study audits, accountability records and scheduling. I also compound IV’s, capsules and other study specific medications. I have also been the Project Manager on several projects, including Electronic Binders for our studies allowing remote monitoring.
