  My role ranged from but was not limited to the timely completion of grant coverage reports, data entry with minimal error, assisted in designing and single-handedly implemented a check-in and check-out system to manage more than 25 projects in 3 zones of Karachi, i.e. Lyari, Korangi and Sultanabad. Assisted the Program Coordinators in designing monitoring tools with a focus on the deliverables, gathering data from the field by using different research instruments, writing field visit reports (FVR), assisting in case studies, scheduling meetings with project participants, maintaining correspondence with all participants and stakeholders and updating the online database.   Worked for the Azme Naujawan (AeN) program in Karachi, with other partner organizations, to sensitize the youth on peacebuilding, resilience and countering violence and extremism.
