Risk Analysis: Used Grey Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to identify imminent risks and came up with 10 key risks in the production process. An in-depth evaluation was then conducted to understand the potential impact and causes of each risk.
