  During my internship, I worked in the Geochemistry and Production departments. I attended the OHS seminar given to interns. I had the opportunity to work with GC, HPLC and GC-MS instruments and analyze the data received. I also conducted extraction and separation experiments.

  Intern

  I did my internship in the R&D department of the Micro/Nano Device Design department. I had the opportunity to work in a clean room. I worked in the coating, etching and lithography process stages. I have worked with ICP-RIE, Maskless Lithography Device, PECVD devices. I also worked with SEM, profilometer and optical microscope for characterization of materials.
