    I am now handling two teams which handles reconciliations for HSBC Securities Services in the Investment Banking Domain. I have a previous experience of over 10 years experience in Contact Center Operations. I have handled more than 10 teams and 100 individuals throughout the years. My Domain included from Collections in early stages to Recoveries and Customer Service for Credit Card Business for HSBC and GE.
