In Motion lasts of 3 weeks, 3 days each, and highlights self and the finding of one’s future vision. Momentum lasts 4 weeks, a total of 15 days; it builds on the vision, focuses beyond self to community and back to self, with a now greater range of skills, wider support networks, and an awareness of significant achievement!
