Revised organizational structure of Division and defined standard operating procedures resulting in a 12% increase in RevPAR. Hotel finished $3.3M above budget and achieved over 100% of House Profit Budget for the first time since the year 2000. Critical PR hits grew 100% each year. Team leader for Delphi installation. Led hotel to growth of 12% in 1999 and 18% in 2000, ranking second in the company. Grew hotel average daily rate $60 and total rooms revenue $6M during this period. Central to the conception, branding and launch of “Maestro”, one of the finest new restaurants in the United States. Trainer on the 1999 Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award Team.
