  Led a 3-tier team of 100+ students across all the years of IITR & 1000+ campus ambassadors from all over India.Strategized PR plan for the 300+ institutes from all across India which resulted in the participation of 10000+ students and organized 100+ events with a prize pool of Rs 60 Lacs.Pioneered the General Championship, an inter-college competition with 20 institutes, resulting in a 35% increase in participation compared to the previous year through strategic planning, outreach, and engagement initiatives.
