      •Established partnerships and collaboratively worked with UN Agencies— sexual reproductive health with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), funding for refugee birth certificates with United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF), food provision with the World Food Programme (WFP), and resettlement and repatriation processing with International Organization for Migration (IOM)— to effectively support multilateral processes that address specific humanitarian issues in a refugee context.•Managed UNHCR funded projects and provided oversight and support to senior managers and national staff of five implementing and governmental partners responsible for health, education, food, sexual and reproductive health, community leadership and development, and youth support.•Facilitated field missions of governments of Canada, United States, and Australia leading to the resettlement of over 2000 refugees to these countries•Promoted and streamlined the objective of gender equality through training and capacity building of project and partner staff, empowering of over 2000 women and girls while engaging with 3500 men and boys to transform patriarchal and traditional norms that produce unequal power relations. •Monitored the delivery of protection and humanitarian assistance to refugees and asylum seekers, ensuring equal access to and enjoyment of rights of refugee women, girls, boys and men, through effective implementation of signed agreements with partners obligations throughout the project management cycle.
