  During my 3 months Internship period I worked on 2 live projects for the company.1. Issue Classification for Housecalls Feedback Data - Built a supervised classification model (Multinomial Naïve Bayes) to classify feedback data received from customers of the company into pre-specified classes. Breached the benchmark accuracy set at 62 percent.2. Customer Volume Timing Forecasting - Conducted housecall completion forecasts for the remaining months of 2023 using time series analysis, detecting seasonality and trends in historical data.
