  Daily Tasks:- resolving incidents/requests that our Level 2 Support could not find a solution- analyzing trends on tickets to find if a problem is starting to grow.Projects:- keep up with updates/patches that our phone system requires - creating processes, documentation, and training for our Level 2 Support- working with our operations team in order to accomplish business needs regards to our ININ system As a part of our daily tasks, I monitored our servers via VMware VCenter, verified that backups ran, and phone system is working as expected.On the project side, worked in several task such as security scans results, updating VCenter, creating AD accounts, creating VPN profiles on firewalls, setting up network and wireless access point, etc. The responsibility on this area included handling tickets accordingly to the right team and on timely manner. Also manage all outages during our business hours not only in our company but our vendors.
