  I am currently working at Invictus Group and have been since January 2015. In July 2017 I was promoted from Litigation Associate to Litigation Manager, where I manage and run my department efficiently and effectively. My responsibilities include:Drafting legal documents for the CCMA, Labour Court and various Bargaining Councils. My daily tasks involve:Attending cases at the CCMA or Bargaining Councils to represent clients in conciliations, arbitrations, and in limine matters. I furthermore have personally represented clients in the Labour Court. I draft contracts of employment, policy guidelines, and disciplinary codes and ensure compliance with the most recent legislation. I have built good relationships with various Unions, which assists with negotiations of all kinds, including wage negotiations. I chair disciplinary inquiries and investigations of all natures (misconduct, incapacity, and operational requirements) and ensure that they are conducted in a procedurally fair manner.I provide training to clients and labour consultants within my company relating to law within the workplace.Invictus represents clients across many different industries such as the various Restaurant Bargaining Councils, Road Freight Bargaining Council, Metal and Engineering Bargaining Council, Chemical Bargaining Council, Civil Engineering Bargaining Council, Motor Industries Bargaining Council, and the CCMA.
