  Work Accountabilities:- Improve instrument reliability- Perform predictive/preventive and corrective maintenance on the process control system and control loops- Perform emergency maintenance on instrumentation equipments on site during unscheduled shutdowns- Perform modification, upgrade and improvement of control circuits and/or control loops and update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes- Perform calibration of field instruments and gas analyzers- Perform regular calibration and maintenance of safety instruments such as portable detectors for oxygen, carbon dioxide and fixed gas monitoring equipments such as H2 and O2 monitors.- Remove, dismantle, overhaul/repair and install electric, pneumatic, electronic or hydraulic control system such as control valves and actuators, recorders, measuring and recording instruments in the field or in the workshop- Site inspection and anomaly hunting- Create calibration plan monitoring and documentation of calibration certificates- Input data into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as work order activities, permit systems, materials and spares, failure reporting and manpower statistics- Comply with all company Health Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures as well as work permit system, job hazard analysis and special permits such as confined space permit, hot work permit, etc.- Participate in root cause analysis for prevention of re-occurrence of trouble and corrective measures for minimizing reliability incidents- Assist on other sections such as electrical and mechanical in the repair and troubleshooting of their instrument and electronic related systems and test equipment- Report work status and performs special assignments as required by supervisor Show less Work Accountabilities:- Operate a reliable, efficient and safe hydrogen plant based on established KPI, department program/strategies and ensure a reliable and quality product, back-up supply within a guaranteed specification- Production and process know-how, mass balance and quality control- System inspection – monitoring and control of normal operating parameters of equipments- Product quality assurance through product analysis via online analyzers- Troubleshooting – act as first line of maintenance during machine breakdowns- Communicates with customer and logistics regarding product supply- Participate in company safety programs such as toolbox meetings, root cause analysis and job hazard analysis (JHA) awareness- Implement quality systems through ISO quality system procedures, customer shielding, and proper coaching- Comply with environment management system by securing housekeeping and proper disposal of chemical and wastes without environmental pollution- Conduct safe handling, storing and refilling of hydrogen cylinders, bullets and trailers- Fork-lift truck operation Show less
