  I started my journey into academics in the year 2006, wherein I was given responsibility to start a new Hotel Management Institute from the scratch. I was offered a position of Assistant Director at Cradle of Management Institute (CMI). I took it as an opportunity and created a team and with the team efforts we established CMI as one of the reputed Hotel Management Institutes in New Delhi.

  Under my leadership The Hotel School was awarded “Achiever of the Year” award consecutively for two years (2018 & 2019) by Tata Institute of Social Science – School of Vocational Studies. In the year 2012, I was given responsibility to setup a new brand under the name and style of “The Hotel School” . I was offered a position of Director-Academics and Corporate Affairs. I left no stone unturned to make it a reputed brand and within a span of 7 years we established 2 more branches at Haldwani & Pithoragarh in Uttrakhand.
