Determining the actions that will serve the X matrix and Plant KPIs-To active Failure Collecting Card(FCC) in area where I responsible of,giving a education to operators how to fill it and ensure the sustainability.-Making analysis and Pareto charts with FCC(Failure Collecting Card) -Make scrap analysis, determine and follow up the actions according to the biggest losses due to the FCC(Failure Collecting Card)- Efficiency analysis and focus on the biggest losses due to the FCC(Failure Collecting Card), realizing improvement actions with Kobetsu Kaizens.-Daily Product Audit with Quality Engineer-Daily / Weekly OEE monitoring; upgrading OEE due to OEE availability, performance and quality breakdowns.Making Machine breakdowns and failure analysis to carry out improvement activities against these failures with Kobetsu Kaizens,İshikawa diagram,5W and 4M methods.- Organization of Daily Production Meetings, weekly productivity and leadership of scrap meetings.-Leading weakly GEMBA Board meeting.Follow-up of actions about productivity,HSE,OEE,Quality,SMED and TPM-Making SMED activities on Transfer Cutting Machines that has 12 different cutting station tool and can cut 7 different product.After these SMED activities changeover time decrease 240 min. to 90 min.-I determined the flows of New Audi A3 lines step by step based flow analysis and make a Lean flow Show less I was working shifts and responsible of Audi A6 and A3 production line,responsible for all production requirements of production line.Productivity,Scrap and Product Quality.As a production responsible I was leading and managing 4 different crews.Crews;-4 Production Team Leaders,(BC)-30 Operators,(BC)-I was directly involved in the relocation of Audi A6 projects from different plant.Carrying 12 different presses,8 cutting machine.New layout planning and placement of machines in the new layout.-I was in the SOP process of the Audi A6,As the production responsible.In this process, I took an active role in reducing the scrap rate by 5% and increasing the efficiency by 30%.-Also I have been two times IATF 16949 inspection as a production responsible.While in this time,I have being responsible of education of my teams,Making the production area ready for inspection Show less
