  Riki group produces animation films in Russia and has a leading position in the development of animation for a children audience, for example, Kikoriki and Fixiki. It operates in a licensing market and demands a strong design department.During the 4 moths I organised the remote structure of workflow for my design team totalling 12 designers in two cities (Moscow and Saint-Petersburg). We created a new style-guide of Kikoriki, designed the event of Licensing Summit to boost the sales in crisis and create SMM campaign for Yandex online-cinema platform.At the same time, I managed the way to change the identity of the head brand (Riki). I left this company for my personal creative ambitions in entertainment. Show less

The company provides entertainment for sport clubs and events for FIFA, IIHC, KHL etc. I’m responsible for directing and managing the design process. Every day my design department and I work with motion, brand design, communication and packaging for soccer, hockey, basketball clubs. For example, for 5 months of 2020 we created two seasonal styles including ATL advertising( gameday key-visuals and commercials) , SMM, design of gameday events , photography and profiles of two teams, and merchandising layouts for hockey and soccer teams with five guide-books.
