      • Led projects and helped drive projects for the construction rural community schools and provide educational resources; aimed at increasing access to education in underserved rural communities • Managed operations, volunteer coordination, and relationship building with partners • Authored proposals and helped mobilize $100K+ in resources to complete first school construction project undertaken by the organization in Zambia • Concepted an educational awareness program that was rolled out in the community with the help of local volunteer; which resulted in 250% increase in child enrollment into primary education, and increased access to educational resources within 3 years • Authored founding documents of the organization including operations manual, code of conduct, project and reports.• Updated and managed organizations website and social media content• Created and managed volunteer and partnership databases in sheets • Authored all correspondence with donors, partners, members and volunteers Show less
