Each outlet received at least 1 visit per month, with priority outlets seeing me twice a cycle. I had experience with merchandising, signing contracts, introducing new products, increasing and maintaining market share of our products within my designated area, regular accounting and tracking of stock. The role required a lot of trust (in me), time management and self-motivation. Whilst being a team member, I had on regular occasions excelled with my individual targets and had been lucky enough to be reimbursed with prizes and praise for my efforts.
