      Nov 2010 - Jun 2018
      Trade Marketing Representative

Trade Marketing Representative (British American Tobacco)November 2010 – June 2018 I was part of an 8 person team in Central London, the UK's highest profile area in the tobacco trade. My patch stretched from Victoria, through Mayfair and Soho and ended at Kings Cross. The role required me to build relationships with over 230 outlets, made up of independent outlets and well known multiples. Each outlet received at least 1 visit per month, with priority outlets seeing me twice a cycle. I had experience with merchandising, signing contracts, introducing new products, increasing and maintaining market share of our products within my designated area, regular accounting and tracking of stock. The role required a lot of trust (in me), time management and self-motivation. Whilst being a team member, I had on regular occasions excelled with my individual targets and had been lucky enough to be reimbursed with prizes and praise for my efforts. After 2 years service I was made a coach of new starters, which I combined with my TMR role. Show less

      Business Development Executive

I was part of a 10 person team which formed the southern region for SKY Business. I worked multiple territories within the region and ended on the M40 corridor, stretching from Oxford to Wembley. My role required me to find new business in line with quarterly targets, as well as looking after existing business and prevent against customer churn. I developed great relationships within SKY and amongst my customers, some of whom own multiple business sites which I looked after. KPIs included weekly call rate gate keeping, sales forecasting, visit planning and team contribution. Show less
