      - Portfolio Management: Directs multi-million-dollar environmental liabilities, including remediation, mitigation, abandonment, and sale/transfer of sites. Manages asset portfolios with 8-figure budgets and 10-figure life-cycle costs. Projects include Superfund sites, legacy pipelines, oil fields, chemical storage facilities, tank farms, mines, multi-party sites, legacy acquisitions, and Chevron-owned properties.- Remedial Execution: Analyzes, plans, and executes remedial projects while addressing financial, reputational, regulatory, and HSE risks. Provides environmental due diligence to support company strategies and property transactions.- Capital Stewardship and Organizational Capability: Establishes budgets and procures contractors. Oversees contracts, schedules, financial reporting, forecasts, and reserve for business planning purposes. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with government agencies, multi-party groups, and internal and external stakeholders to support environmental goals while representing Chevron’s interests. - Team Building: Leads and aligns contractors, technical specialists, and regulators towards shared goals. Developed digital tool which automated data analysis and reporting.
