  - Core member of a design-led initiative comprising three main pillars: 1) Building a Design System for B2C Product Scenarios, 2) Creating templates as starter kits for Designers using this Design System, and 3) Creating a Figma library as a single source of truth to allow Designers, Developers, and Product Managers to reuse existing patterns.- In this capacity, I took the lead in conducting a comprehensive needs assessment for the design system, using both primary and secondary research. Once the requirements were established, we embarked on the process of laying the foundation and defining the core principles of this design system. As our team expanded, I remained actively involved in the research and ideation efforts that were integral to shaping the foundation and components of the system and implemented these components within Figma to be efficiently used as a library.- Worked closely with leadership to strategize the roadmap for IES, collaborating with engineering to ensure its feasibility, and consulting with accessibility experts to ensure that the design system met the highest standards of accessibility.- Collaborated with teams of different industry verticals to deliver efficienct B2C experiences using this Design System.- Involved in building a thoroughly documented Single Source of Truth (SSOT) Figma library to allow Designers, Developers, and Product Managers to reuse existing patterns in the design team, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our collaborative processes.- Worked in the telecommunications domain to design a B2B2C guided selling flow and had the chance to collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to create innovative features.
