      Of Counsel

Mark joined Russell & Wright in 2011 as a member of the mortgage and financial services practice group. After law school, Mr. Stetler practiced real estate law for ten years, initially with a large law firm and then in-house. He has served as general counsel for a multi-state title insurance agent and a national mortgage quality assurance outsourcing company. He left the practice of law in 1998 to help start a wholesale mortgage business for a publicly traded housing company. Four years later, he joined a small consulting business engaged in forensic financial analysis of residential mortgage loans and was instrumental in growing that business from two consultants to 180 employees in five offices, with a client list that included the largest mortgage insurance companies in the country. Mr. Stetler’s forensic analysis business was sold in 2007 to a large risk assessment business serving property and casualty insurers and reinsurers. He later returned to the practice of law, becoming Of Counsel to the Firm in October 2011. Show less
