  • To lead the field Production team and dealing of department related matters.• Well Integrity/Daily, Weekly and monthly Well monitoring.• Monitoring the Performance of Installed Well Head Facilities, Control Panels, X-Mass Tree, SSV’s and SCSSSV’s etc.• Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports and maintain comprehensive database on well History for PDMS (Production Data Management System).• Prepare, Co-ordinate and witness various Well Interventions (Coiled Tubing, E- Line, Slick Line), Such as Kick-Off, Acid Stimulation (Coiled Tubing/Bull heading),Setting of Permanent Wire line Set Packer, Perforation and Logging through Wire Line/E-Line, Dummy Run for different jobs, Setting and retrieving of PRR Plug in R Nipple, BHP Survey jobs through slick line.• Plan and Supervise Well Completion jobs, Installation of SCSSSV, Installation of X-Mass Tree, Energizing Jobs etc. on both Exploratory and Development wells.• Conduct and supervise DST and surface Well Testing Jobs on Newly Drilled Exploratory Wells and also In-Line Testing on Flowing Wells through Mobile Separator.• Identify opportunities to improve production from active wells and return idle wells to production through stimulation.• Coordinating with different service companies personnel for in time mobilization and to plan and implement all the programs effectively. • Arrangement of material required for wells (down hole & surface), and coordinate and supervise down hole equipment testing and maintenance. • Ensuring that all the operations are carried out in safe manner according to company’s HSE rules. • Participate in the preparation of annual budget (CAPEX/OPEX) for production operations. Monitor operation's budget and validate contractor’s service tickets / invoices.• Prepare final well completions & Well interventions reports. • Mobilization to different locations on Head Office Instructions for the Execution of different Rig/Rig less Jobs.
