      · Define/Mentor project priorities across North America / South America railroad customers such as BNSF, UP, CSX, KCS, Ferromex, KCSM and ALL in order to drive operational and contractual availability goals and ensure Cycle Time targets based on customer's needs.· Improved shop flows reflected in Out Of Service reduction for the North America / South America with an overall impact on asset utilization, labor productivity and overall dwell.· Lead transactional Work Outs in order to improve material fulfillment to increase planning and availability at the point of usage. Also drive billing and forecasting projects to avoid reworks and increase accuracy.· Coach and develop talent for ensuring lean strategy across NA/SA· Promote lean progression across all GE shops and ensure sustainability. Drive cultural behaviors in the shops byimproving the expectations and creating continuous process for root cause analysis.· Lead productivity projects and drive labor reduction across NA/SA accounts. · Lead Lean audits across USA and Mexico for ensuring execution within operational rules and Kaizen· Drive best practices replication across GE shops.
