      Customer Support Specialist/Social Media Marketing

During my time at Brand You Co., I handled all customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media. I played a key role in assisting customers with their orders, returns, and payment processing, ensuring their satisfaction with every transaction. In addition to my customer service responsibilities, I also managed company inventory, ensuring that products were accurately accounted for and properly packaged for shipping. As part of my role, I oversaw the packaging and shipping of customer orders, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery. On the social media front, I managed Brand You Co.'s accounts on Instagram and Facebook, crafting and posting engaging content to interact with both current and potential customers. By actively engaging with our followers on a daily basis, I helped to build brand awareness and grow our customer base. • Target

      Apr 2017 - Nov 2018
      Sales Associate

While working at Target, I held several roles within the store. As an operator, I was responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing answers to their questions, and redirecting calls to the appropriate department as needed. In addition to my role as an operator, I was also cross-trained in the visual merchandising department. This involved disassembling and re-creating visual store displays, as well as dressing mannequins in new merchandise that I selected. Through this role, I gained a strong understanding of the importance of visual merchandising in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. I was also cross-trained as a Target beauty advisor, where I was tasked with approaching customers in the beauty section and offering guidance on products they were interested in purchasing. Through my interactions with customers, I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep knowledge of the beauty industry and product offerings. My diverse range of responsibilities at Target allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set and a strong understanding of the inner workings of a retail environment. I am confident that the experience and knowledge I gained during my time there will be valuable assets in any future roles. Show less

    • Allied Universal

      Nov 2018 - Mar 2020
      Assistant Manager

During my employment with Allied Universal, I earned two promotions. Initially, I was hired as an administrative assistant to manage security guard employees at customer-contracted events. In this role, I planned employee breaks and lunches, ensured appropriate event coverage, and maintained smooth operations during events. My work ethic and attention to detail quickly caught the attention of management, and I was soon offered coverage shifts as the corporate office receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients entering the office, my responsibilities included greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel. My performance in this role led to yet another promotion, this time to assistant manager of LA County, working under the director of scheduling. As part of my daily tasks, I scheduled employees for various venues, communicated with employees via email and phone regarding availability to work, made phone calls to clients for security guard scheduling, and edited client contacts for events as coverage needs changed. I also proactively addressed account-related issues by calling clients to resolve any problems that arose. Through my various roles at Allied Universal, I honed my organizational and communication skills, as well as my ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients. My dedication and hard work allowed me to rise through the ranks of the company, and I am eager to continue growing in my career as I take on new challenges and opportunities. Show less
