Since the opening of the GP Led Health Centre we have continued to enjoy good working relationships with the store managers and team on a day to day basis. In addition to the store team we have developed good working relationships with the Healthcare Development Manager, Kath Gulson, to actively pursue shared ideas for service developments. Kath has worked proactively to maintain optimal working relationships and has included gtd healthcare managers in exciting service developments, for example, potential healthcare developments in Ireland. Kath has also supported the continued development of good working relationships with the Pharmacy team and we have been able to work jointly on addressing any pharmaceutical issues that have arisen or new ways of working. On a personal level Kath has always been great to work with, very friendly and approachable and happy to share her skills and knowledge in order to progress service improvements. Kath always seemed genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about her work and her commitment to improving patient services which always made for interesting discussions.Kath has been a great ally to have and she’ll be a hard act to follow! Paula VanderpeerHead of Primary Carewww.gtdhealthcare.co.uk Show less
