  Within the MECACHROME Company, which is a global leader in precision mechanics and belonging to the Produce Process Pilot of the Group. This entity is in charge of supplying a support to operational team to contribute the compliance of the standards and follow up the Key Performance Indicator for the PRODUCE PROCESS. The Produce Pilot Process is also responsible for scorecard tools.The company wants to reinforce its centralized management with the implementation of group processes. The PRODUCE process, which is at the heart of MECACHROME's activities, must now offer good practices in a standardized way. To date, all practices and related documentation (procedures and instructions) have been site-specific. The main goal of this project is to disseminate best practices on the Group's sites by standardizing procedures, instructions and standard Production Process supports at the MECACHROME Group level. This documentation will allow the team group to follow the same steps to carry out Group activities requests and helps users understand the documentation. At first, main gaps of different documentation, and points of convergence from specific site new documents (process, instruction) were defined with working group. Through these methods, it was possible to verify the feasibility of the proposals and the preparation of documents to be presented to the Direction of Quality Management System before publishing the documentation on the database and network to be used by all users.
