  Activities and Societies: During studies led a consultancy group project for Vodafone plc Technology Strategy Department located at Newbury headquarters. The research’s aim was to analyse mobile phone users’ perceived service quality in the UK market. Research findings and recommendations were put forward to Vodafone in a series of presentations and meetings. Vodafone lauded the report and included the recommendations into future pricing strategy plans.
