  As a manager, my main responsibilities were to handle digital banking applications which include both financial (UPI, IMPS & Neo Banking) and non-financial applications. It will include requirement analysis, proper guidance to the developer team, support to the testing team, certification with NPCI (UPI & IMPS), deploying to the production environment and maintenance.Project Details:1. UPI - Unified Payments Interface is an instant payment system developed by National Payments Corporation of India. The interface facilitates inter-bank peer-to-peer and person-to-merchant transactions. It is used on Mobile devices to instantly transfer funds between two bank Accounts. As a SPOC from bank side to NPCI, I have handled below responsibilities,• Requirement analysis (for the CR) from NPCI• Initiating vetting to the risk team with necessary details• Working with the development team with proper guidance• Certification with NPCI• Providing support to the testing team• Initiating CISO sign off after obtaining the testing sign off.• Production deployment• Maintenance & Issue fixing• Providing integration support for the merchants to consume UPI services which wasexposed from bank side.2. IMPS - Immediate Payment Service is an instant payment inter-bank electronic funds transfer system in India. IMPS offers an inter-bank electronic fund transfer service through mobile phones.Responsibilities are same as for UPI.3. Neo Banking API – All banking services in one application. Users can download the Android or Ios applications of clients integrated with Federal bank. It is an innovation by the Federal Bank with clients like EpiFi & JupiterHandled migration activities as mentioned below,• IIB Version migration from version 9.0.0.0 to 10.0.0.23.• IIB Version migration from version 10.0.0.23 to 12.0.4.0 (ACE).• MQ Version migration from version 8.0 to 9.2.0.0.
