  The ‘Transformation of Aspirational Districts’ Programme by NITI aayog aims to improve the socio-economic status of 117 districts from across 28 states. I am working in one of such Aspirational District where I have to improving the learning outcomes of students and providing support to the block officials and middle managers of the education department to deliver there best for 313 schools under them.He has also organized various events like a recruitment drive for the HR team of Piramal Foundation in which he successfully engaged 3000 students of 3 government colleges, he also took a lead in engaging the participants at School Chale Abhiyan organized under the honorable Home Minister of the state, etc.He is also having a rich experience of working with the community and have also immersed himself into the village life for 10 days to get a deeper understanding of the ground reality. Even when the day is over, he tends to work onto designing and planning for various projects he is been working for his district. And constantly strives to acquire knowledge and skills around it.Achievement;- Piyush also have been awarded by the Piramal Foundation for the best presentation and initiative taken by him at his district at Piramal's Quarterly State Consolidation.   In this role the District Administration expected us to reduce the seasonal migration from the allocated Tribal Gram Panchayat by creating job opportunities under the MGNREGA scheme and ensuring the last-mile delivery of all the State and Central Governments socio financial schemes.My responsibility as a District Magistrate fellow was also to improve the Niti Aayog's Aspirational Program indicators in 5 developmental themes Health and Nutrition, Education, Basis Infrastructure, Agriculture and Water Resources, and Financial Inclusion in the area.
