      .Opened company and franchised outlets after conducting business development study and plans. Managed day to day operations of the company including marketing, logistics, sales and collectionsAccomplishments:. Successfully opened Victoria Plaza outlet in Davao during a temporary assignment. The successful negotiation came after several years of failed proposals.. Opened 10 company owned outlets in Western Visayas and several stores while on temporary assignments in North and South Luzon. Was able to achieve sales and revenue targets month on month for my assigned areas. For 2003, achieved the yearly sales and revenue targets as early as August of that year. Established good working relations with national supermarkets such as SM, Robinsons, Puregold, Gaisano and local supermarket chains.
