The ownership empowered me of general management in many areas such as site selection, team recruitment and building, marketing and branding strategies, production and services, finance and public relations. With my partner and teams, we recruited over 200 students in the first month after its opening. By the end of 2008, the student number had gone up to over 600. Feb 2008-Feb 2009I started a national teacher trainer role with ONLY Internationa Education in the HQ for its over 800 franchised schools.
