  * Coordinated and supervised as first-responder multi-agency disaster response and rescue efforts during several Dallas County natural disasters including the 1994 and 2012 Lancaster and Dallas, Texas F2-F4 tornadoes, where numerous lives were spared, injured or missing persons and animals were rescued and property was protected from further loss. (1994-2012)* Assigned as nationwide Fugitive Recovery Agent, personally travelling in excess of one million air and ground miles to arrest and safely transport hundreds of felons back to Dallas County via commercial airlines. (1985-1991)* Co-authored and delivered the Dallas Co Sheriff's Department’s Annual Budget Power Point presentation. (1996, 1997, 1998 1999)* Co-created the Dallas Co Sheriff's Freeway Traffic Management program, assigning deputies duty on Dallas area freeways to investigate traffic crashes and enforce Texas traffic laws. (1998)* Developed, designed and was awarded US Copyright for uniform badge, cap badge and uniform button designs. (1999)* Collaborated on the planning, creation, management and execution of several high profile operational exercises including the 1993 Dallas Cowboys Superbowl and 2011 Dallas Mavericks Parades, multi-year Texas /OU celebration events, 2006 Immigration March in Dallas and the 1999 transfer of 299 inmates from Dallas County back to Massachusetts prison custody.* Established and managed the Dallas Sheriff’s Media Credentialing Program, recognized nationwide.
