  On the Test team for a Distributed Order Management System product. This web-based system orchestrates the entire lifecycle of a customer’s warehouse fulfillment from order creation, to pricing, applying tax and discounts, to inventory allocation, and shipment.* Responsible for preparing Feature Testing Strategies, Test Plans and Test Reports. Executed functional and regression testing of the Web Application to validate the complex warehouse order lifecycle* Wrote SQL queries to validate the internals of the the back-end using Oracle SQL Developer tool, performed initial troubleshooting of the backend* Automated REST API testing using Python scripting, reduced manual work and the total testing time by 10%* Filed high-quality bug reports, triaged bugs, verified fixed ones* Initial point of contact for customer issues- performed initial troubleshooting, and if required escalated to software developers.
