      I was responsible for Maersk Line’s Global Performance Management philosophy and process, from deploying personal objectives and linking them to the business strategy, conducting periodic reviews and linking the outcome to rewards. This also included the responsibility of the annual employee engagement survey, covering 25,000+ employees, including seafarers and white collar personnel.I was actively involved in organisational design projects and was responsible for Mercer’s IPE application for Maersk Line’s global organisation, directly accountable for the evaluation of the top 1000 positions in Maersk Line. I acted as work-stream leader in a various C&B projects - such as the conceptualisation and definition of Maersk Line’s global reward philosophy, and the implementation of SAP HCM, where I was the in-house expert for the Performance Management and Compensation modules. Show less Leading a team of up to eleven HR Consultants and HR Assistants and being part of Maersk Line's HR Global Management team, I was overall accountable for the execution and optimisation of end-to-end operational HR services and Compensation and Benefits activities for a population of over 1,000 Maersk Line employees in the Headquarters in Copenhagen. In close co-operation with the HR Partners, the team was responsible for recruitment, HR policies, the creation and implementation of a salary strategy for the unit, the optimisation and execution of the annual salary review process, individual salary offers, documentation handling, expatriation management as well as job grading of the organisation.
