We also offer traditional 1:1 coaching, awareness training, mediation and peer group coaching. We are developing innovative e-learning packages and researching how to bring this technology into maturity in our field.We are also piloting ways to bring our expertise to where people need in most. Many people who are also socially excluded are also neurodiverse. We need to understand more about how this interaction works, and the kind of approaches that will make a difference. Show less

      Continuing my research with Prof. Almuth McDowall exploring the process and success of neuroinclusion efforts in Human Resources and Management Science. I supervise neurodivergent PhD students to ensure that research is co-created - that we are involved in asking the questions, as well as participating in data collection.
