We also offer traditional 1:1 coaching, awareness training, mediation and peer group coaching. We are developing innovative e-learning packages and researching how to bring this technology into maturity in our field.We are also piloting ways to bring our expertise to where people need in most. I supervise neurodivergent PhD students to ensure that research is co-created - that we are involved in asking the questions, as well as participating in data collection.
