Responsible for providing automation preparations for all daily briefs, special products, Operation Orders, and assuming the duties of the Operations Officer in his absence. Responsible for the training, professional development, health, welfare, and morale of 36 Non-Commissioned Officers and Soldiers. Oversight of operational readiness and property accountability of six M2A2 ODS-SA Bradley Fighting Vehicles and associated equipment valued in excess of $18 million. Prepare and maintain documentation and materials needed for safe and reliable transportation of all necessary equipment belonging to a 90 Soldier Troop. Proficient with the use of Transportation Coordinators' Automated Information for Movements System (TC AIMS-II) database to create the organizational equipment list, the unit deployment list that includes, equipment, personnel, and supplies. Responsible for control, reporting, and maintenance of all Troop (Unit) intermodal containers in order to ensure containers meet deployable status requirements. Charged with planning and executing current operations for a 450 Soldier Squadron. Responsible for providing automation preparations for all daily briefs, special products, Operation Orders, and assuming the duties of the Operations Officer in his absence.
