Leveraged underutilized water rights and positioned Fort Carson to be one of only three net-zero water US Army Posts worldwide.• Authored the Stormwater Management Plan for 236,000 acre Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site, Colorado to provide strategic guidance for future development, policies and procedures related to stormwater.• Wrote, implemented, and updated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans for over 40 industrial sites. Directed environmental safety procedures and monitored for compliance.
