      My current position is that of Engineer at RSA Insurance Halifax. This position involves a wide variety of skills including vetting and compiling estimates and valuations on various systems for all types of vehicles including motor vehicles, commercial vehicles and agricultural machinery. Negotiating costs and repair methods with approved and non-approved repairers. Communicating with customers, resolving any complaints they may have. I have also been involved with compiling and implementing training projects for other staff members. I am regularly consulted upon by others for my knowledge of bodywork, Audatex and IT systems.
