      I facilitated Boys Town behavior modification technologies within a non-secure detention facility with adolescent male sexual offenders. In addition, I supervised daily activities of 12 youthful offenders between the ages of 10-17, developed treatment plans specific to individual youth needs in accordance with New York City Department of Juvenile Justice and Boys Town regulations, prepared incident and other reports for New York City Department of Juvenile Justice.

      I facilitated weekly workshops on all aspects of pre-employment training to adolescents between the ages of 13-19, conducted individual, group, and family counseling sessions as needed, served as primary contact for youth and community organizations, implemented strategic job placement of youth according to skill, interest, and availability, and promoted the organization of special groups, program workshops, and career based forums (e.g., career exploration, entrepreneurship, job readiness training, etc.). I also conducted intake and assessment of all youth new to program/clubhouse, maintained detailed files for adolescents involved in youth development programs, processed all organizational, consultation based, and national reports and attended bi-weekly meetings which required the submission of reports to Unit and Associate Executive Directors. Initiated the completion of all Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health psychosocial paperwork. I assisted the senior therapists with treatment planning, maintained case notes on all services rendered. I provided direct services to patients and assisted in program development/implementation, in addition to maintaining contact with patients regarding their mental health/therapeutic needs. In addition, I attended regularly supervision meetings with the Director of Case Management Services, coordinated with program directors and social workers to complete agency appraisal/needs and services plans (LIC 265) within the first 30 days of a new patient arrival and updated every four months.
