Finished the project under budget and ahead of schedule.โ–ถ๏ธŽ๐‘ฎ๐‘ถ๐‘ณ๐‘ซ๐‘ด๐‘จ๐‘ต ๐‘บ๐‘จ๐‘ช๐‘ฏ๐‘บ: Designed and coordinated the development of automated daily, weekly and monthly status reports, which indicated overall productivity for the Firmwide Help Desks, NY Laptop LAB, NY Technical Resource Desk, and Firmwide Hardware support, groups. Worked closely with NY Help Desk Management on improving analysts' individual performance, advised on adaptation and implementation of performance improving procedures enabling help desk to function more efficiently, decreasing Help Desk Abandon Call rate from above 15% to under 10% and raising ticket Log-In rate from 35% to above 85%.โ–ถ๏ธŽ๐‘ด๐‘ฌ๐‘ด๐‘ถ๐‘น๐‘ฐ๐‘จ๐‘ณ ๐‘บ๐‘ณ๐‘ถ๐‘จ๐‘ต ๐‘ฒ๐‘ฌ๐‘ป๐‘ป๐‘ฌ๐‘น๐‘ฐ๐‘ต๐‘ฎ ๐‘ช๐‘จ๐‘ต๐‘ช๐‘ฌ๐‘น ๐‘ช๐‘ฌ๐‘ต๐‘ป๐‘ฌ๐‘น: Was hired as an entry level helpdesk specialist, and within 6 months was promoted to Help Desk Dispatcher leading to an Assistant Help Desk Manager role, essentially overseeing the day to day operations the entire helpdesk.
