      Director of a research team which provides clients and internal stakeholders with actionable consumer and business insights through predictive, and descriptive decision modelling using primary and secondary data.Established an election prediction model that has proven to be the most accurate in Canada (tested on the 2015 Federal Election and all provincial elections across country in recent years) with results published in national and international media outlets. The model proved to be the most accurate in predicting the 2015 Federal Election vote outcome with an average deviation of 0.7%, and was the only model to predict a Liberal majority government.       This course teaches students the basic of quantitative reasoning. Students will come out of the course with a comprehensive understanding of statistical methods and applications, they will be able to read and analyze statistical tables and results, and successfully interpret quantitative research and analysis. My duties included meeting with students to discuss their work, and evaluating student work. As the first teaching assistant for this course I was able to help design the course for future students. Using both a violent and peaceful protest that occurred in Toronto I was able to compare public opinion regarding the events.
