  Responsible for initiating, coordinating and processing subcontractor positions for the Program Management Office on the Bioastronautics Contract and provided weekly status to Program Manager. Established facilities department by leading an internal team and procuring contract movers, with a budget of $30k, to address the ergonomic and expansion needs of the firm. Led ergonomic chair evaluations and was personally responsible for convincing the firm to purchase $100k in Bodybilt ergogenesis chairs resulting in fewer workplace injuries. Worked with Asset Management to inventory furniture and determined what to keep and dispose of which led to providing better furniture options. Additionally, as Project Manager for the Fabrication, Assembly and Test (FAT) Laboratory, led a facilities team in the collection of requirements for a Class I/III laboratory which included executing expansion plans, procurement of equipment, and overseeing construction and inspections.
