  -Handling Product-led Growth for a platform aimed to solving for two wheeler ecosystem in India.-As a platform, Ontrack offers a wide range of two-wheelers as mobility solutions to its B2B partnersand B2C customers.-Solving for affordability for end-users through its financing platform.-Handling Product-led Growth for a platform aimed to solving for two wheeler ecosystem in India. As a Product Manager worked alongside Customer Success team, to translate their challenges into workable features. Performed extensive A/B experiments to define the effectiveness, curate metrics, and roadmap of the customer facing products along with internal dashboards. Conceptualised in-house CRM , operation , servicing and other such applications to reduce engineering effort and then collaborated with teams to build it. The Crashes and ANR of applications was reduced by 65% resulting in improved CSAT and smoother booking process.Worked very closely with Support and Ops teams to streamline processes (w/w/o tech)
