      My core responsibility at Ericsson is to keep the SharePoint platform in a top notch state. I need to ensure the best practices related to OS, IIS, Coding Practices and SharePoint are followed as much as possible to realise the highest possible performance throughput from the SharePoint farm.While I am onsite, I take care of resolving SharePoint administration and developer issues, and ensure that we work proactively as much as possible instead of resolving reactive issues. In this role I lead the IIS and ASP.NET support team at Microsoft Global Technical Support Center. I provided phone based Developer Support for North American customers.I made some very good friends... Debug Diagnostics and WinDbg were probably the best ones (since they don't lie, and are very dependable). As a Support Engineer for Developer support, the day started with taking calls related to all sorts of Developer and Performance issues with respect to ASP.NET & IIS Server. My primary task was to fix the issues as soon as possible.
