      The Bier and Cheese Collective is a hybrid retail shop that sells craft beer, artisanal cheese, charcuterie, specialty groceries and makes food meant to me paired with the beer we sell and pour. We specialize in spotlighting local, hyper local and microbreweries and at any given time may have 300-350 varieties of bottles and cans. In addition to our formidable beer program, we have one of the largest full-serve artisanal cheese and charcuterie programs in NYC and we proudly partner with local specialty producers whenever possible. Our team is made up exclusively of local folks who have a vested interest in the success of our business by offer excellent customer service to our guests, many of who are our friends and neighbors. The Bier and Cheese Collective also actively supports many local and national groups that focus on eliminating food insecurity, righting the wrongs of social injustice and supporting women's reproductive rights and freedoms.
