  This role had a heavy emphasis on evidence collection, document handling, and inter-office communications. Anything occurring outside the office or courtroom was inside this field of expertise. In this role, I collected photographs of accident locations, property damage, and client injuries. I was also responsible for meeting with clients to obtain and notarize their signatures. It was also within my set of responsibilities to manage, organize, and maintain all closed client files.

  Operations Supervisor

  Operations supervisors oversee a team of drivers (12-24) and implement policies on behalf of management in the Operations section. This includes handling and investigating customer satisfaction calls, maintaining adequate staffing levels based on demand, and performing operator disciplinary meetings as required. Supervisors are responsible for the training and retraining of drivers, accident investigation, and general fleet management. This role requires extensive knowledge of both hardware and software troubleshooting as it relates to paratransit operations. This is a safety-sensitive position.Recently my duties have changed to include the training of all new operators. The training program includes 3 weeks of classroom training and a minimum of one week with a behind-the-wheel trainer. The position requires planning the training and overseeing all subsequent training/retraining for 150+ drivers. The position also includes overseeing the behind-the-wheel training of new operators and supervision of over a dozen trainers.In 2020, I completed my Transportation Safety and Security Program (TSSP) certificates for bus and rail through the Transportation Safety Institute.
