I am here to make sure your HOA has enough reserves for long term repairs, make sure that dues are paid in a timely manner, assist in filing your taxes, prepare your annual budget and track your spending throughout the year.Administrative: I make sure the books are kept, tracking expenses and income, communicating with owners in a timely manner. These are all just part of the admin work that we do, all behind the scenes. Liaising day-to-day with owners, processing owners in violation of the HOA’s rules, enforcing collections on delinquent owners (if it ever comes to this), plus all the data entry that goes along with running a HOA.Physical Management: Like a general contractor that oversees the plumber, roofer and electrician on a job site, I am here to oversee the work being performed in your community. From bidding contracts, to hiring and following up, I am there to make sure your HOA is getting what it pays for, while making sure you are complaint in your due diligence.
