  Construction Superintendent

  Construction of a two story house. I was present since the site excavation and learned how the foundation is made. I was able to experience the construction of the slabs, walls and windows and how a very complex staircase was made. The project was completely in concrete.

  Very critical position since I was the only one that performed it. The User Administrator is the one in charge of requesting all the IDs for all the systems used across all the projects of the call center (600 employees). Communication between First Data, Western Union and the managers was constant. Up to one point I was in charge of the Santiago site as well, with around 300 employees. Very strict time frames to work with and fast response time needed. Responsible for maintaining the quality of the calls taken by Customer Service Reps. I started on a very technical oriented project and later on was transferred to a more customer service oriented one. I was chosen to help in the implementation of this new project as one of the two Quality Analysts with a headcount of 25-30 CSRs. I was asked to cover the CSR supervisor's position several times. I started out as a CSR for a project that has to do with technical support. Handling very complex and long calls was a constant.

  Hector Placeres Studio is a photography studio that focuses on volume like school yearbooks and graduations, as well as weddings, birthdays / anniversaries, social events and commercial work.Achievements:-Second shooter at graduations, totaling more than 400 graduates. Photographed these events on some of the major schools in the Dominican Republic, like Carol Morgan School, Saint Michael School and Saint George School.-Second shooter at birthdays and anniversaries-Second shooter at three weddings and their engagement sessions.-Second videographer at one wedding and it's engagement session.-Assistant at several Western Union ads and campaigns.-Photographed several studio portrait sessions.-Assistant at two Montessori schools for the yearbook pictures, totaling more than 600 kids.-Designed several albums for clients.-Photo restoration-Aerial / drone photography-Second shooter at Baptisms, First Communions and Confirmations.
