  I am a facilitator, coach and instructional designer. Trusted to lead global faculties and deliver transformational learning experiences. I am at home facilitating virtually and in-person, bringing my passion and energy to each modality.You will find me deeply embedded within a customer's culture, delivering value through learning. I lead enterprise-wide learning solutions with passion, energy and hard-work. My customers describe me as trusted to deliver and guaranteed to get things done successfully.I bring depth and breadth in my role, as Lead Consultant and Facilitator. I work with clients to architect and shape performance-support responses to their business challenges. Drawing on over 25 years in the industry, as a learning practitioner, account director and learning supply-chain leader I am a trusted facilitator to Hemsley’s global clients. As a facilitator I combine my expertise of learning with my real-world experience of sales leadership and general management over three decades. My pragmatic, accessible and engaging style means I bring immediately applicable learning to participants. I am currently the Faculty Lead for three of Hemsley's global customers, Shell, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Garrett Motion. This includes facilitating virtually and in-person to leaders at different levels. I’m honoured to have led two separate leadership development programmes to two Brandon Hall gold awards!I have a broad range of client experience, from FMCG through to engineering and energy. I flex and adapt my style and energy accordingly and with each customer I’m proud to deliver transformational learning with high NPS scores. As a lead consultant I exceed client expectations through taking a key role in Hemsley's solutions project teams.
