  Open Project Space (OPS) is a year-long technical course in embedded systems. I practiced on relevant topics such as integrated circuits, breadboarding, soldering, microcontrollers, embedded programming with C++, PCB design, and hardware communication.

Taught principles of electronics and embedded systems, including KiCAD, Arduino, and soldering techniques for projects such as weather sensors and music players, equipping students with hands-on-skills in embedded systems development.

  Culturing cellular neural networks and converting electroencephalogram (EEG) data for microelectrode arrays (MEA) with 2D brain organoids by generating raster plots of human EEG data and transforming it into pulse signals to mimic unsupervised learning. Designing and verifying PCB for MEA data collection and management, integrating with the INTAN system.

  Data Research Analyst

  Investigating the electroencephalogram (EEG) and electromyogram (EMG) responses associated with muscle activity during the initiation of muscle activation within the BioDynamics Laboratory. Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients may have issues characterized by the degeneration of the basal ganglia and dopamine neurons, which lead to the freezing of gait and slow movement. Data is measured using EEG, EMG, and Motion Capture system then processed and analyzed via MATLAB.
